Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn clothing back in its original packaging, ensuring all sensory-friendly tags and labels remain intact.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
